About Me

It has taken me a long time to get to this point in my life where I feel like I am ready to start helping others. There have been many people who have helped me along my journey to healing, some I have worked with in person and others are leaders who have inspired me through their books, speeches and teachings. I came across a quote that truly resonated with me. "Courage: Doing what you need to do before you're forced to do it.", by Iyanla Vanzant. I finally mustered up the courage to work on myself and can help you face your fears so you can be free to live your authentic life.

My Background

Cosmetology & Esthetics Education

I have enjoyed a couple of different careers both involving helping and serving people. That is something I have always been passionate about and what has driven me. Here is my educational background for my first passion & career:

  • Esthetician license - Alpha Institute - Port St. Lucie, FL

  • Dermalogica certificate - Fort Lauderdale

  • Cosmetology - Rogers Vocational HS - Newport, RI

  • Passed MA & RI Cosmetology state boards

Life & Health Coaching

After I faced my own issues and fears, friends and family started coming to me for help with their problems. I was always a good listener but wanted to formalize my training and take it to the next level.

Who I Help

How I Do It

What's in It for You

I work with many types of people who are looking to face their fears in order to overcome challenges and go through the healing process. Since I have multiple sclerosis, many of the people I work with also have MS, as well as other neurologic and health issues. I also work with people who are dealing with challenging and abusive relationships, addiction, etc.

My book, Massive Strength - One Woman's Healing Journey through Abuse, Addiction & Disease is often the starting point on the client's path to their healing process. It starts with recognizing there are problems and the desire to work through them. After a confidential assessment, if a client needs clinical help, they are referred to appropriate resources. I offer weekly online coaching sessions to address situations such as abuse, addiction, managing illnesses, etc.

Far too often, we put others ahead of ourselves. By joining the coaching sessions, you give yourself the gift of healing. You set healthy boundaries and establish solid, respectful relationships. You learn to live life authentically, intentionally and abundantly.

You give yourself the gift of freedom to chart the course of your life.
